Weighed Down

So I got on the scale.

Yep, gained weight.

It’s the consequence of sitting behind a desk too much and chowing down on processed food. These are consequences to choices I made and not weighing myself for two months.

While the truth is unpleasant, I know I needed to see the numbers.

Consequently, I am more focused on staying healthy (although I did have a SMALL bite of that pastry).
